We are currently seeking a full-time Gardening Crew Member at $17 per hour with a Monday through Friday work schedule.

In this role, you will:

Demonstrate your high landscaping standards and attention to detail with consistent weekly property maintenance including mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning.
Be a team player and collaborate closely with other departments as necessary.
Feel a sense of accomplishment as you maintain organization of landscaping tools, equipment, and materials.
Improve your strength as you work in the great outdoors while regularly lifting at least 50 pounds.
Gain additional hours when you assist with snow removal during winter months.
Improve your skillset by prioritizing punctuality and maintaining a professional appearance when communicating with customers.

During the winter season, our snow removal division offers the opportunity for additional winter hours. Each summer, we host a relaxing company picnic to reflect on all our hard work and appreciate the passion that our team gives to every project. We are also currently developing a training program called BTS University, which will offer basic training for new hires and more rigorous training for existing employees.
