We are currently seeking a full-time Landscape Construction Design / Sales Manager at $85,000 - $100,000 a year with a Monday through Friday work schedule.

Responsibilities:

Achieving Sales Goals: Your sales acumen and leadership will be key to accomplishing this milestone.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Design Excellence: Oversee all design work, ensuring that each project's design is of the highest quality and aligned with our company's reputation for excellence
Timely Deliverables: Ensure designs and proposals are completed accurately and on time to maintain efficient project timelines.
Efficient Hand-off Packages: Produce top-notch hand-off packages for production, ensuring the work is executed precisely as sold to the customer and minimizing the sales team's involvement in production.
Organized Management: Manage construction files, photos, plans, proposals, etc., for easy retrieval and streamlined project coordination.
Process Improvement: Collaborate in improving estimating templates to enhance efficiency and accuracy in our operations.

Skills:

Proven experience in landscape design, estimating and sales, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
Proficiency in design software, such as Dynascape, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Knowledge of local landscaping regulations and trends.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Design or related field is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Knowledge of local plant species, climate conditions, and soil types

Compensation Package:
