We are currently seeking a full-time Landscape Mowing Foreman at $18-$20 per hour with a Monday through Friday work schedule to work under the direction of the Production Manager.
If you are an enthusiastic and passionate individual with a can-do attitude, have minimum 2 years of landscape mowing experience, are at least 18 years old, have a clean valid driver’s license, some plant identification knowledge, and experience driving a truck with a trailer, we’d like to hear from you.

In this role, you will:
Demonstrate your high working standards and attention to detail when maintaining the organization of landscape mowing tools, equipment, and materials, as well as conducting weekly property maintenance including edging, weeding, and pruning.
Be a team player and collaborate closely with other BTS employees, while giving clear directions as you supervise a crew of two or more.
Feel a sense of accomplishment as you maintain neat and orderly job sites and company trucks.
Improve your strength as you work in the great outdoors while regularly lifting at least 50 pounds.
Improve your communication skillset by prioritizing punctuality and maintaining a professional appearance when interacting with supervisors, co-workers, and clients.
Exemplify your excellent administrative skills when tracking jobs expenses and daily time sheets.
