We are currently seeking a full-time Skilled Hardscape Crew Member at $18-$24 per hour with a Monday through Friday work schedule.

If you are a driven, hard-working individual with a can-do attitude, have at least two years of hardscaping experience, are at least 18 years old, and maintain high standards for attention to detail, we’d like to hear from you.

In this role, you will:

Demonstrate your high working standards and attention to detail as you play a major role in the construction of patios, walkways, steps, and retaining walls.
Show your flexibility as you work with various members of our company when necessary and assist with snow removal during winter months.
Feel a sense of accomplishment as you execute proper construction techniques, and utilize equipment like power tools, small machinery, and hand tools in a safe and efficient manner.
Improve your strength as you work in the great outdoors while regularly lifting at least 50 pounds.
Improve your communication skillset by prioritizing punctuality and maintaining a professional appearance when interacting with customers and following directions.
Exemplify your excellent organizational skills when routinely loading and unloading company vehicles.

At our established landscape company of 25 years, everyone feels included and supported as they juggle their work and home lives. We prioritize safety over profit, ensuring that employees feel comfortable and cared for in their day-to-day duties.

During the winter season, our snow removal division offers the opportunity for additional winter hours.
