We are currently seeking a full-time Skilled Landscape/Mowing Crew Member at $17 per hour with a Monday through Friday work schedule. This position offers the opportunity to learn all aspects of landscaping with great potential for growth.

In this role, you will:

Demonstrate your high working standards and attention to detail as you play a major role in the process of landscape maintenance.
Show your flexibility as you work with other BTS employees when necessary.
Gain the opportunity for additional work hours helping with snow removal during winter months.
Feel a sense of accomplishment as you participate in all aspects of the landscape maintenance while working on two- or three-member crew.
Improve your strength as you work in the great outdoors while regularly lifting at least 50 pounds.

During the winter season, our snow removal division offers the opportunity for additional winter hours. Each summer, we host a relaxing company picnic to reflect on all our hard work and appreciate the passion that our team gives to every project. We are also currently developing a training program called BTS University, which will offer basic training for new hires and more rigorous training for existing employees.
